Backdropped by the impressive Monti Sibillini, Pollenza lies on a ridge 350 metres above sea level. During the Middle Ages the village gave rise to handcrafted arts such as cabinet-making, pottery, and restoration work. Each year, on July, this cultural hertitage is celebrated and travellers are fascinated by reminiscent street markets as well as exhibitions.
